Roadmap
High-level direction, not hard dates. Phases layer on top of each other rather than replacing what came before.
Phase 1 — Core racing
Free-to-try races and low-cost, skill-only competition on the leaderboard. Prove the core loop: charts become tracks, and the best racer wins.
Phase 2 — Layered content & monetization
Cosmetic bikes, daily and sponsored challenge slots, and a “sponsor a track” model — a project’s real chart becomes a featured course to race.
Planned content additions:
- New game themes: sand, space, cyberpunk, ice, and other biomes.
- New bikes across multiple rarities and styles.
- Character customization: helmets, boots, gloves, and other rider gear.
- More social sharing surfaces for chart-track results, tournament standings, and personal bests.
- AI Trackgen expansion: richer obstacle rhythm, checkpoint placement, pickup arcs, and difficulty pacing across more data categories.
Phase 3 — Owned assets
Bikes and cosmetics as true on-chain items (ERC-721 ownership and tradeability) alongside the GEARS store, plus the seasonal battle pass.
Phase 4 — Social creation
Player-facing creation and competition features:
- PvP mode for direct rider-versus-rider competition.
- Custom track creation so players can build and share their own chart-based courses.
- Partner and community track collections built around events, datasets, and famous market moments.
- More autonomous content loops where fresh data can create tracks, quests, leaderboard moments, and rewards.
Exploring
Candidate directions under consideration include consumable items and expanded social play modes. These are ideas, not commitments.
