What is Data Racing? A skill racing game where the track is generated from real chart data. Crypto prices are the clearest launch example, but macro data, weather, on-chain metrics, prediction charts, and partner datasets can become tracks too. A pump becomes a ramp, a crash becomes a chasm, and every new data point can become new terrain.
What makes it different from other racing games? The level design comes from real data. A chart is not a background theme — it defines the terrain, the rhythm, and the danger of the track. The same source can ride differently across timeframes, and live data keeps creating new challenges.
What is AI Trackgen? AI Trackgen is the level-design layer that helps turn generated terrain into a dynamic race. It places obstacles, traps, checkpoints, pickups, breathers, and set-piece moments around the chart while keeping the route fair and playable.
What is DRC Engine? DRC Engine is the chart-to-world engine. It reads real time-series data, turns it into rideable terrain, versions the track, and supports live and historical worlds.
Do I need crypto to play? No. You can start racing for free with no wallet. You link a wallet only when you want to truly own bikes or enter tournaments.
Is it pay-to-win? No. Every bike shares identical competitive physics, and boosters and premium never touch a scored run. Spending changes how you look and how fast you earn casually — never how you finish a race.
What is GEARS? The in-game currency. You earn it by playing and spend it in-game on cosmetics, boosters, premium, and tournament entry.
Does GEARS cash out? No — by design. GEARS has no withdrawal and no redemption for money. That firewall keeps the economy fun and keeps the game from being a financial product.
How do prizes work? Tournaments and seasons pay from a guaranteed purse the house funds up front — GEARS, EXP, crypto (USDG, ETH, USDC, USDT) and NFT bikes. It’s not wagering — you race, and skill decides. GEARS and EXP are credited to your account; crypto prizes are claimed to your linked wallet once the results are verified.
Are the bikes really mine? Yes. Bikes are ERC-721 NFTs on Robinhood Chain, held in your own wallet. You can keep, transfer, or resell them.
How do I know it’s fair? Runs are verified before any prize is paid, physics are equalized across all bikes, the skill rating can’t be bought or farmed, and prize odds are published. Leading isn’t winning — a prize attaches only after results are confirmed.
What are timeframes? The candle size behind a track. Short timeframes give jittery, fine terrain; long ones give sweeping hills. The same asset rides very differently across timeframes.
What’s the difference between live and historical tracks? Live tracks ride current chart data and evolve as the source moves. Historical tracks are frozen snapshots — the same map every time.
What are game modes? Free practice, live tracks, historical challenges, tournament trails, and seasonal competition. All modes use the same skill-first racing rules.
What is a partner track? A featured race built from a partner’s chart, event, or dataset. Sponsorship can shape the theme and source context, but never the physics, scoring, or competitive rules.
How do I climb the ranks? Race well. A skill rating sorts you into divisions from Bronze to Platina, and it only responds to how you actually perform.
Is there a battle pass? It’s coming soon — a seasonal free and premium reward track. Its rewards are cosmetics, GEARS, and EXP, never competitive power.
