Controls & Racing
Data Racing rides like Trials or Line Rider crossed with a crypto chart — momentum, timing, and clean landings decide everything.
Controls
| Key | Action |
|---|---|
| Up / W | Gas |
| Down / S | Brake (slows and holds — never reverses) |
| Left / A | Lean back / backflip in the air |
| Right / D | Lean forward / frontflip in the air |
On touch, the screen splits in half: on the ground, right is gas and left is brake; in the air, right flips forward and left flips back.
The ride
- No jump button — jumping is automatic. Carry speed off a real crest or gap edge and you launch. Setting your landing angle in the air is the core skill.
- On the ground the bike balances itself; lean only matters in the air.
- Manage your speed to clear gaps cleanly. Too slow and you come up short; too fast into a bad angle and you wipe out.
Tricks
Full rotations score as backflips and frontflips. Two or more in one jump is a crazy; long, clean airtime without spinning is a superman. You must land it clean to keep the points — a crash forfeits the trick. Skimming a hazard by a hair without touching it is a bonus save.
Crashes & respawn
A crash never ends your run. A bad landing angle, landing upside-down, falling out of the world, or getting caught behind the liquidation wall — an invisible kill-line pinned to the left edge of the screen that keeps you moving forward — sends you back to the last checkpoint and you keep going. Respawns cost a little time on your final score.
Finish
Crossing the finish line locks the camera and coasts the bike to a smooth stop. Your time (fastest wins) and top speed show on the result panel, along with what any wipeouts cost you and where the run places against every other rider’s best time on that track. Time is the score; a clean, fast finish is the goal.
