Quests
Quests are small objectives that reward GEARS and items — a reason to come back each day.
- Daily — quick goals that refresh every day (race, earn, land flips, log in).
- Weekly — bigger goals that pay more.
- One-off — milestones and challenges you complete once.
Racing is still the main way to earn; quests layer extra rewards on top of it.
Connect ENS — 300 GEARS
If you hold an ENS name on Ethereum, the Connect ENS quest pays 300 GEARS for using it as your username.
It sits under Connect a wallet, because the name is checked against the wallet linked to your account. Press Verify and the check runs there and then; if the wallet holds a primary ENS name, that name becomes your username, your ENS avatar is picked up, and the reward is credited. You can claim it once.
Each ENS name pays this reward once, on one account. Moving a name that already earned it to another account makes it that account’s username, but pays nothing again. If your wallet later stops holding the name, the name is removed as your username and the reward you earned stays yours.
If you have no primary ENS name set, the quest tells you so. If the lookup is temporarily unavailable, it says that instead — try again later.
Logging in also advances the seven-day reward cycle, which is separate from quests.
The daily GEARS cap
Earning you can repeat — races and quests — flows into a single daily GEARS cap. Once you hit it for the day, that earning pauses until it resets.
The cap exists to keep the economy healthy: it prevents farming and runaway inflation, so GEARS stays meaningful for everyone. Grants you cannot repeat sit outside it — tournament and season prizes, and daily rewards. Premium accounts get a higher daily cap.
Quest rewards are credited to your account when you claim them, and the completion panel only confirms what you received.
